What is e-reserved?

In short, it is a web-based software that provides a reserved area on your site, with hierarchical accesses for both administrators and users. The administrators can then add content in a protected zone on their own site from which authorized consumers can access or download the contents once they have logged in with a secure username and password. Each consumer can be authorized to access certain contents as decided by the administrator. The consumers are separated into groups with differing access privileges. It also makes it possible to send emails to affiliated individuals or pre-specified groups.

Who will it benefit?

It serves to the firms who need to distribute information to specific authorised groups or individuals, for instance:

To distribute lists that need to be only accessible to certain clients of the firm. Obviously access is restricted to those concerned.
To make client’s invoices and documents available online.
To allow clients to upload and download files (for instance for graphic studies, audio or video).
To manage a system of online orders, restricted to employees or to authorized clients that can additionally be integrated with managerial systems or with our geSt software.
